For Your First Visit

Just a few details for your first visit

  • Be sure to fill out a waiver
  • Arrive at least 10-15 minutes early
  • Discuss any concerns or issues with instructor
  • Bring a mat, water and anything you may need for the class
    • We have mats, blocks and small weights available to use
    • If you need anything, be sure to check out our shop that offers a few items for purchase
  • Hydration. Up to 20 hours before you take a hot yoga class, load up on your fluids and electrolytes. Do not eat for two hours prior to a class.
    • You also want to wear clothes that you’re comfortable sweating in such as a sweat-wicking or breathable fabric, because you’re going to be sweating a lot
  • Listen to your body. If you feel hot, weak or dizzy, stop and rest. Walk into the lobby if needed and drink plenty of water and electrolytes
